The floor spring is an in-ground automatic swing door opener/closer. The components are concealed under the threshold. The floor spring provides an ideal way to automate doorways. The controller has various functional ports for microwave sensors, electric lock, and other accessories. The brushless DC motor is sealed and it’s waterproof, fireproof, and highly resistant to deformation and corrosion.
